Wuli: 4-step (Turbo 4-step), 6-step and 8-step. Larry v4: 4-step and 8-step (step600 EMA). LightX2V: v1.2 at 4-step and v1.0 at 8-step. FlashGen: 4-step. DMAD: 4-step. PAI: 8-step (FL2VA Acc-8Step). Original MiniMax-H3: 50-step, using FL2VA weights without a LoRA. Each card shows its model version and step count.
All nine prompts have all eleven configurations, using identical prompts. All configurations except DMAD use seed 42; the supplied DMAD files do not specify a seed. LightX2V uses different model releases at 4 and 8 steps; the 8-step result uses v1.0 weights, not v1.2.
All playback copies use the same 960-pixel-wide H.264 export settings, with audio preserved. Compare motion, prompt adherence, on-screen text and sound directly. No scores or rankings are implied.
